What is open floor dance practise ?
Open Floor dance Practice is a lively, dance inquiry.

What is heart sharing?
Heart sharing circles are powerfully connective – both with the self and the whole group. Through simple active listening, and honest sharing, a mutual exchange takes place that allows for deep empathy to emerge. Heart sharing supports growth, authenticity and a natural transformation.
